Timothy J. Chambers

Timothy Chambers brings over 15 years of experience litigating almost exclusively in Probate Court.  Timothy represents individuals, fiduciaries and financial institutions in trust and estate matters, including trust and will contests claiming lack of capacity, undue influence, mistake, or fraud, elder financial abuse, breaches of fiduciary duty, removal of an executor or trustee, and other trust and estate matters.  Timothy also has experience in areas of law that are often a part of trust and estate litigation matters, including estate planning and trust and estate administration.
